The stay featured a comfortable bed and helpful staff. Enjoyed homemade local products during breakfast, but dealt with a lingering smell of smoke in the second room and inconsistent Wi-Fi. The hotel has very nice historical charm yet feels dated, particularly on the guest floors. Ensure to voice concerns promptly for the best resolution.

Very bad experience at all levels: from check-in to the stay in the room up to the check-out. Staff is very unfriendly and doesn't smile. All the hotel smells cigarettes smoke, rooms very old and housekeeping from the entrance to the hotel, to lobby, elevators, floor corridors and rooms are dirty.

The front clerks are very kind and friendly. Above all, they speak English very well

The price is quite expensive compare with facility and roon status. It would be better for them to have remodelling there room and discount the price
